2026 THRIVE Conference
The 2026 THRIVE Conference will be held September 16-17, 2026 at the Jackson Convention Complex in Jackson MS. Please check your email for registration information.
Adding CTE Directors to MCAPS
To All User Access Administrators:

We are excited to roll out the CTE funding applications for FY27 in MCAPS. The CTE Directors will need access to the system for one or more of the following funding applications: The CTE Director will only need the Director role.  If the CTE Director has an assistant or other staff working with them, please use the Update role.

Reminders
User Access Administrator Form for 2026-2027 School Year

Please submit your completed District/Grantee User Access Administrator Agreement form to the MCAPS Administrator at MCAPS@mdek12.org by July 30, 2026.  Only one (1) form per district/grantee must be submitted. The form is located in the MDE Document Library under “User Access Forms.”

The district/grantee/organization assigns the User Access Administrator.  This person is responsible for managing the users in their district/grantee/organization by creating new users, assigning user roles, modifying existing users and deleting users who are no longer employed with the district/grantee/organization.
